MISIÓN
Estableceremos el destino celestial del Pueblo Latino para que cada hombre, mujer, joven y niño viva el propósito de su vida a plenitud en su diario vivir.
VISIÓN
Iglesia Amor del Padre es una comunidad de hombres, mujeres, jóvenes y niños llamados por Dios, que se relacionan unos a otros expresando los siguientes valores fundamentales -ADN Espiritual- para cumplir con su voluntad:
AMOR
Creemos en el amor sincero, desinteresado y perfecto como la chispa que mueve todas nuestras acciones hacia Dios, hacia el prójimo, y hacia nosotros mismos. Este amor incondicional solo proviene de Dios.
HONOR
Reconocemos la dignidad y el alto estima que Dios nos ha dado a cada uno como valor fundamental para vernos y tratarnos personal y mutuamente como Dios lo hace.
PODER
Creemos que el poder transformador de Dios nos otorga a cada persona autoridad, dominio, talentos, dones y destrezas para cumplir con el destino dado a cada uno de nosotros. Creemos que es indispensable tener encuentros de poder continuos con Dios Padre, Dios Hijo y Dios Espíritu Santo donde sus presencias impartan sobre nosotros el poder divino para llevar a cabo su voluntad milagrosa.
DESTINO
Sabemos que todo ser humano tiene un propósito diseñado por Dios. Cultivamos un ambiente dentro del cual cada persona pueda descubrir y apropiarse del propósito de su vida - su destino celestial- en cualquier etapa de su desarrollo en que se encuentre. Por lo tanto, creemos que la voluntad de Dios –la cual es buena, perfecta y agradable- no solo se establecerá en nuestras vidas y familias sino en nuestras comunidades, pueblos, ciudades y naciones. Creemos que el Rey ha venido -y con El su Reino- para redimir y restaurar todo pueblo que carece de la presencia, la paz y la prosperidad de Dios.
Como hijos de Dios, tenemos la convicción de que nuestro Padre Celestial nos ha dado el mandato de instituir permanentemente sus designios en nuestras vidas y comunidades. Creemos que el destino celestial solo es provisto por Dios. Para que la persona descubra su destino, es necesario primero, ser reconciliados con Dios mediante una relación intima y personal con su Hijo, Jesucristo.
Como Latinos, somos una gran creación de Dios por excelencia, única y especial –no mejor ni inferior a otras- porque Dios nos ha dotado con un idioma en común, costumbres compartidas, una cultura sustanciosa y un corazón apasionado.
Iglesia Amor del Padre reconoce la individualidad, el propósito, la dignidad, la integridad, el valor y el aporte que cada hombre, mujer, joven y niño posee. Todos desempeñamos un papel clave en el cumplimiento del destino celestial del pueblo Latino y nos comprometemos a crear oportunidades de desarrollo y expresión para cada uno.
Reconocemos la importancia de que todos tenemos una identidad inalterable en Cristo Jesús como hijos e hijas de Dios que solo es revelada en nuestra relación continua con El. Por lo tanto, no importa la situación o circunstancia; el amor, la gracia, la generosidad y fidelidad de Dios lo transformara todo para bien. La presencia de nuestro Padre y su bendición no pueden ser limitadas por la condición o situaciones de nuestro diario vivir. Creemos que cosas más mejores y más grandes siempre están por venir.

MISSION
We will establish the divine destiny of the Latino People so that each man, woman, young person and child may live the purpose of his/her life to the fullest daily
VISION
Iglesia Amor del Padre is a community made up of men, women, young people and children called by God to interact with one another, expressing the following fundamental values -our spiritual DNA- to accomplish his will:
LOVE
We believe in the sincere, unconditional, and perfect form of love as the spark that ignites and initiates all of our actions toward God, one another, and ourselves. This unconditional love only comes from God alone.
HONOR
We acknowledge the dignity and great worth that God has given to each individual as a fundamental value in seeing and treating one another and themselves as God does.
POWER
We believe that the transforming power of God grants each of us the authority, dominion, skills, gifts, and abilities to execute the divine destiny each one of us possesses. We believe that having on-going power encounters with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit is indispensable. These encounters allow the presence of God to impart over us the divine power to carry out his miraculous will.
DESTINY
We know that every human being has a purpose in life which is designed by God. We cultivate an environment through which every person may be able to discover and appropriate their purpose for his/her life –their divine destiny- at whatever level of development. Therefore, we believe that the will of God –which is good, perfect and pleasant- will not only be established in our lives and families but also in our communities, towns, cities and nations. We believe that the King has come - and so has his Kingdom - to redeem and restore every tribe and nation that may be lacking in the presence, peace and prosperity of God.
As children of God, we have the conviction that our Heavenly Father has given us the mandate to permanently implement his will in our lives and communities. We believe that this divine destiny can only be provided by God. In order for any person to know their destiny, it is first necessary to be reconciled with God through an intimate and personal relationship with his son, Jesus Christ.
As Latinos, we are a great and excellent creation of God, unique and special – though no better nor worse than any other- because God has gifted us with a common language, shared traditions, a rich culture and a passionate heart.
Iglesia Amor del Padre acknowledges the individuality, purpose, dignity, integrity, value and contribution that each man, woman, young person and child possesses. We all play an important role in the fulfillment of the Latino People’s divine destiny and we commit to creating opportunities for growth and expression for all.
We recognize the significance that we all have an inalterable identity in Christ Jesus as sons and daughters of God which may only be revealed through our on-going relationship with him. Therefore, in spite of the situation or circumstance, the love, grace, generosity, and faithfulness of God will transform all things for the better. The presence of our Father and his blessing cannot be limited by the condition or situation of our daily living. We believe that better and greater things are always yet to come!
